Dr. Rhoderick V. Nuncio
Dr. Rhoderick V. Nuncio is a Research Fellow and a Full Professor of Philippine Studies at De La Salle University. He is currently the chair of the Departamento ng Filipino of the College of Liberal Arts. He has published works on ICT for education and development, new media & popular culture, Filipino theory, literary criticism and philosophy. He has done several projects and advocacy programs on ICT for education and development. He handles TechnoTeach courses in his department’s graduate program. He spearheaded two Challenge Grants projects in DLSU, one on piloting an e-learning outreach program in public schools and the other on building a learning network for teachers. At SDRC, he was the project director of the Philippine Kids Online (PKOLS), which was funded by UNICEF Philippines and AusAid.

Henry Leen A. Magahis, MA
Henry Leen Magahis is a technology integrator and consultant, researcher, scholar, writer, editor, and educator. He is recognized locally and internationally as an Apple Distinguished Educator, Google Certified Educator Level 2, and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert. Currently, he is the Research and Immersion Coordinator of the Senior High School of De La Salle Santiago Zobel School, an Apple Distinguished School in the Philippines. He is currently finishing his Doctor of Philosophy in Philippine Studies - Language, Culture, and Media at De La Salle University, Manila. He is also a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino at Philippine Normal University, Manila.
Dr. Nelson Joseph C. Fabre is a military professor at the Corps of Professors, Armed Forces of the Philippines. He is the current Acting Chief, Career Management Branch of the Office of the Dean, Corps of Professors, AFP. He finished his degree in Doctor of Philosophy in Philippine Studies - Language, Culture, Media at the De La Salle University, Manila in 2018. His interests include: literature, pop culture, media (film and television), and internet studies.
Dr. Nelson Joseph C. Fabre

Dr. Raquel Sison-Buban is an Associate Professor and the current graduate school coordinator in the Filipino Department at De La Salle University, Manila. Broadly, her research focuses on translation studies and language education. Aside from teaching and research, she is a translator for more than two decades and served as a consultant for various translation projects. She is engaged in several corpus-building initiatives for the development of machine translation software in the Philippines. Currently, she is the Vice Head of the National Committee on Language and Translation (NCLT) under the National Commission on Culture and the Arts, and the President of PATAS (National Association of Translators and Advocates of Translation).

Maria Fe C. Balaba, MAT
Maria Fe Chiong-Balaba is currently working as an Education Program Supervisor in Filipino, Mother Tongue and Journalism at the Department of Education, SDO-Makati City. She attended various trainings such as LEAD Program of the Division of Makati (6 modules on Leadership), Mass Training for K to 12 Program, Reading and Literacy Trainings, and ICT related trainings and seminars. She is the Vice President for Basic Education Linkages of Learning Network Philippines Inc. She graduated at the Philippine Normal College(now PNU) on March, 1988 with the degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino (Cum Laude), and her Master of Arts in Teaching Filipino (MAT) on March 2011 at the same university. She also took up Doktor ng Pilosopiya sa Araling Pilipinas at the De La Salle University, Manila and finished her academic requirements. Currently she is into her dissertation writing. Mrs. Balaba is also a facilitator, speaker and lecturer on different academic and educational topics during a division and regional trainings. She is also a literary writer and researcher.

Evelyn M. Varron, MAT
Evelyn M. Varron is a faculty member of the Philippine Normal University- Institute of Teaching and Learning (PNU-ITL). She serves as a Supervising Instructor to pre-service teachers who are taking up Practice Teaching and currently the Coordinator for the Basic Education program of the said unit in the university. She handles Filipino subject across grade levels to basic education students. She served as a Program Coordinator of the Finishing School during its first implementation in the S.Y. 2017-2018. She is finishing her Doctor of Philosophy in Philippine Studies- Language, Culture and Media at De La Salle University, Manila. She obtained her Master’s degree in Philippine Normal University - Manila with the degree in Master of Arts in Teaching Filipino under the ACT Scholarship Grant. She finished her Bachelor degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino from the same university with a scholarship grant from PNU SAPSUC and SAARLAND Germany Scholarship Program.

Jeffrey R. Ancheta, MA
Jeffrey R. Ancheta is an Assistant Professorial Lecturer in the Filipino Department at De La Salle University - Manila, and an Assistant Professor in the Languages Department at Manila Tytana Colleges. He is an active researcher in the field of Filipino language, culture and media. Some of his research has been presented in various conferences and published in different research journals, both local and international platforms. He also became a research fellow in 2017-2018 of the Philippine-California Advanced Research Institutes, a project of the Commission on Higher Education. Currently, he serves as the Associate Editor of DALUMAT E-Journal, a multicultural and multidisciplinary e-journal of Philippine Studies. Aside from being a researcher, creative writing is one of his interests.

Paoulina Dawn A. Basco worked as a research assistant on various projects of Learning Network PH at De La Salle University. She is a member and advocate of Networked Learning PH, Inc. that is impassioned in fostering innovative teaching through technology. Currently, she is an Administrative Assistant in Equicom Savings Bank.
Everlinda U. Aleta, MA
Everlinda U. Aleta is a Filipino teacher at De La Salle Lipa Senior High School community. She is currently enrolled in a Doctoral degree in Philosophy major in language, culture and media at De La Salle University, Manila. She is also a researcher, writer and speaker on topics related to online teaching and learning.
Gaudencio Luis N. Serrano, MAT

Gaudencio Luis Serrano is a Cum Laude graduate with the degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino (BSE Filipino) and Master of Arts in Teaching Filipino (MAT Filipino) at Philippine Normal University- Manila. He’s a former Subject Area Coordinator in Filipino of Integrated Basic Education Department in San Beda College Alabang and Moderator of Tanghalang Bedista awarded as Minister of Foreign Award in Awaji Island, Japan of their indie-film “footbridge” and winner in school category in Metro Manila Film Festival “picture frame.” Served as Senior Education Program Specialist in the Department of Education which spearheaded the following program: 1st Mother Tongue Based Multilingual Education Conference, Pedagogical Retooling in Mathematics, Languages and Science (PRIMALS) grades 4-10, S3: Sipat, Suri, Saliksik: Pagbuo ng mga Hanguang Teksto ng Filipino mula baitang 4-10 and the National Training in Literacy Instruction. Also, a textbook and other learning resource evaluator of the Department. Currently, the Supervising Education Program Specialist of the Bureau of Learning Delivery- Teaching and Learning Division of the Department of Education and finishing his degree in Doctor of Philosophy major in Philippine Studies at Dela Salle University-Manila.
Mark Joseph L. Mendoza, MA
Mark Joseph L. Mendoza is a Senior High School Mathematics teacher at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School - Vermosa Campus. He is a Cum Laude graduate with the degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics at De La Salle Lipa. He finished Master of Arts in Teaching Mathematics at De La Salle University - Manila in 2017. He is an advocate of the use of technology in education. He is recognized locally and internationally as a Google Certified Educator Level 2, Microsoft Certified Educator and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert. He also joined as a speaker in different education technology seminars and conferences such as EduTECH Philippines, Society For Technology in Education Philippines (STEP) EdTech Conference, etc.
